Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on bn999. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. bn999 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) documents — including a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method — before processing any withdrawal request or at any time deemed necessary by our compliance team.

Password & Login Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bn999 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure. Account Verification

bn999 conducts KYC verification in accordance with responsible gaming standards. All players must successfully complete identity verification before making withdrawals exceeding ৳5,000 BDT. Bonus Terms — Key Principles

Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bn999 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and potential legal action:

• Colluding with other players, including through coordinated betting rings designed to manipulate odds or game outcomes.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bn999 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, text, code, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of bn999 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any such content without the express prior written consent of bn999. Unauthorized use of bn999 intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bn999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures.

bn999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, software updates, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally disrupt service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime via our platform or official communication channels.

Account Termination & Suspension

bn999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at our discretion, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that: (a) the account holder has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity has taken place; (c) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users; or (d) a player self-excludes via our Responsible Gaming tools. Upon closure, any funds remaining in the account after deducting applicable bonuses or withheld amounts will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which bn999 operates.
